A country appears once at least 100 of its participants have passed verification. Below that a ranking is noise, and a country at number one on three entries is a headline nobody can defend.
No country has reached the sample floor yet. This table fills from verified participants, and from nothing else.
Milestones
Each one opens on a real verified count, not on a date. Before the event every one of them is closed. The tree rungs are thresholds, not targets: NIVΞCTOR publishes no tree target, because trees are financed from revenue and how far this ladder goes depends on sales.
